The Banking Employers' Association (WVB) and the trade unions CNV Vakmensen, FNV Finance and De Unie have been discussing the 2022 Collective Labor Agreement for Banks since September 2021.

On 1 February 2022, these consultations resulted in the parties to the collective agreement achieving results on many topics and that the WVB has made a final offer of 2.5% with regard to the structural wage increase as of 1 March. The main themes of the 2022 CLA Banks are agility, vitality and engagement, and the results relate to important current themes such as remote working, leave, sustainable employability and vitality, pension, disability and social employment. The term of the CLA Banks 2022 is one year, i.e. from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. The result of the member consultation by the trade unions is expected on 25 February next.
