The Employers' Association Banks (WVB) and the trade unions CNV Vakmensen and De Unie have been discussing the new Collective Labor Agreement Banks since the beginning of October 2022 and have achieved results on several topics.
These discussions led to the WVB making a final offer on Monday 28 November 2022 for the Collective Labor Agreement Banks 2023-2024. Both trade unions will present this final offer neutrally to their members. The results of the members' consultation are expected on Wednesday 14 December 2022.
